GCSE Results Day Arrangements- Thursday 12 August 2021

We look forward to welcoming Year 11 students to collect their GCSE results. Each student will be sent by email a personal appointment time to attend school to collect their GCSE results, discuss post 16 options with a member of staff and register for courses in our sixth form where appropriate.

  • Students should arrive 5 minutes before their meeting time and enter the school via the Greenford Avenue gate where they will sign in, sanitise hands and be directed to their meeting room
  • To reduce the number of people on site, parents/carers should not come on site
  • Please observe social distancing to and from school and do not congregate in groups at the school gate or in the local area
  • If students have arrived by public transport, they will need to remove that face covering before entering the school. They may like to bring a second face covering if they wish to wear one in school

Students must not come to school if:

  • They or any member of their household is displaying Covid-19 symptoms (high temperature, cough, loss of taste or sense of smell). At the time of writing this letter the government guidance is that anyone displaying symptoms must isolate for 10 days. They have been contacted by track and trace
  • If you are not able to attend in person, please email Ms. Silla and she will arrange to email the results and hold the meeting over the phone.

If you have any queries or concerns, please do contact Ms. Silla and Ms. Mertzelos.
