HELPING WITH HOMEWORK
You can play a key role in your child’s success by helping them to work independently beyond the classroom.
If you’ve not yet downloaded Satchel One, this is the first step to supporting your child’s independent learning. Routine is key. You can help by encouraging your child to:
•utilise the library and homework clubs available to get support with homework
•talk with subject teachers in class if you are unsure of a task
•look at their homework with them to check it is completed to your child’s best ability
•remind your child to pack their homework the night before so deadlines are met.
