Brentside High School ensures that provision is in line with the latest government guidance (DfE guidance)
We maintain a risk assessment based on the borough and government guidance.
The school governors have approved the school’s risk assessment which has been undertaken to minimise the risk of transmission of Coronavirus to all students and staff. The school’s updated risk assessment can be found below.
A guide produced by Ealing Local Authority to support your child's return to school can be found here.
As of this Summer Term, the government has updated its guidance on ‘Living with Covid’:
- If your child is unwell with a high temperature, they should remain at home until they feel better and they no longer have a temperature.
- If your child has been advised by a health professional, to take a Covid test and this is positive, they should remain at home for at least 3 days.
- If your child is a close contact of a positive case they do not need to isolate and can continue to attend school.
If you have any concerns about your child attending school, please contact your child’s Year Leader by telephoning the school, emailing direct or to info@brentsidehigh.ealing.sch.uk. You can find contact details for staff on the contact us section of the website.
