ParentPay

Please note that Brentside High School is now completely cashless due to Covid-19 guidance to minimise contact. This means students are not able to use coins or notes to top up their lunch money account in school and all payments must be made using ParentPay or PayPoint.

ParentPay is an online payment system for schools. It allows parents to pay quickly and securely for a range of things including school meals, trips, activities, books, uniforms and music lessons.

You simply top-up your ParentPay account online by debit or credit card, or in cash through PayPoint stores. Your ParentPay balance can be used immediately to pay for any of your children’s items at any school using ParentPay.  Further support and guidance can be found in Help & Support (https://www.parentpay.com/parents/using-parentpay/help-and-support).

Once you have your account details you can log in online at parentpay.com. Look for the ‘Login’ button at the top right.

If you would like to use ParentPay on your smartphone, just bookmark the login page to your home screen for easy access.

Cash payments

The school can no longer accept cash payments. However, if you are unable to make online payments you can contact the school office to request the option of paying via PayPoint. A barcode letter will be issued for each specific item you need to pay for which can then be paid in cash at high street shops that accept Pay Point payments. Find your nearest Pay Point store here.

Please do not hesitate to contact the school office if you need assistance or haven't received your activation username and password. Arrangements can also be made for you to activate your account with a member of staff in school.
